For this one, I had to take a very loose interpretation to translate the title...'ruri' literally translates to 'lapis lazuli', but that sounded a bit awkward in full translation, so I decided to generalize it a bit more and just change it to plain old 'blue'. This is, of course, assuming that it means the color and not the gemstone, but due to using 'inazuma' - which can mean either 'a flash of lightning' or just simply 'lightning' - it made more sense to assume that it was the color...
