This song is vaguely related to "The Fantastic Garden (Shoujo no Kuusou Teien)," a fairly popular song of cosMo's, released about a month and a half before this one. The title of this song is an inversion of that of the former, thus the "Anti." The tones of the two songs are also complete opposites.
The Nico hive mind has interpreted this song as an attack on creators who reinterpret cosMo's works in their own way, making the inverted title a reflection of the malformed shape these derivative works take.
[1] There are a few places in the song where the use of the pronoun "jibun" ("myself/yourself/oneself"), or instead no pronoun at all, makes it difficult to tell if the lyrics are referring to the author or the addressees.
[2] "Air waves" ("denpa" - "electric/radio wave") could refer to the key phrase of "The Fantastic Garden", "Itsumo yori takai shuuhasuu no takai denpa de otodoke shimasu" ("I'm coming to you on a signal with a higher frequency than usual"), which is bitterly parodied in the description for this song ("[That] signal with a higher frequency than usual is ruining me") ...or not.
[3] "Flowers" is written "hana" (flower), but read as "niji," which could mean a continuation. Following the Nico interpretation, the "garden" would refer "The Fantastic Garden," as a representation of all of cosMo's works.
[4] "Shadows" is pronounced "kage," but written as "entei soukuu," which is the inverted "kuusou teien" ("fantastic garden).
