"Ohha" is an abbreviation of "Ohayou (gozaimasu)" which means "Good morning".
"Itadakimasu" is said before starting to eat.

This song was made famous by Katori Shingo of the popular band SMAP who created it for his "Shingo Mama" show. In the show he dressed as a cute little girl (supposedly a cute little japanese wife) in a pink dress with a silver apron. Children from all over the country could write to him and ask him to come to their house, so that their own mother would have a day free of household chores.
"Ohha" was even named "word of the year 2000".
